A very nice atmosphere and extremely nice and friendly staff. Very new rooms "unlike the usual rooms in Rome", and very clean. Italian Roman hospitality at its best. Valeria and Laura the two girls at the suite complex make you feel right at home. It was a great stay and a very good price for the service. I will be back to this butique hotel next time in Rome. My wife and I highly recomend it!!
The elevator was not working upon arrival but we were assured that it would be fixed next time we visit.

good location,clean, quiet
the hotel is really a 5 room apartment located in a building in a business area of Rome, with no other facilities. It is owned and directed by 2 partners, Laura & Valeria that make efforts to help the guests. the problem is they are not always in the hotel. it means that if you have any problem (let say you lost your key or you need a fresh towel or you want something from the kitchen) there is nobody to help you or give you any kind of service

It's not an hotel, it's a floor of a old building converted in rented room with assistant services.
It's not an hotel.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to a metro station. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the free internet was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us great tips for exploring the city.
Nothing all excellent.

They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance of several key landmarks and shopping areas. the room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast selection was very limited, with mostly sweet pastries and coffee. the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, which led to some restless nights.

Large rooms, conditioner, terrace, modern furniture. Staff is much friendly. Breakfast was rich enough for so small hotel, even with fresh cornette and real capuccino. Perfect location for one-night visitors: close to Termini station and main touristic places.
Price as for the rooms in 4stars hotel. Could be a little bit lower.

The location of the hotel is perfect; it is close to many hotspots in the city. the view from the room is breathtaking, and the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. the breakfast served is tasty and has plenty of options. the staff provides excellent service and is always willing to help. the hotel has great facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lobby.
There is one minor downside to the hotel, and it does not have a smart access card.

10/15 min walk from Termini StaTION. As we were arriving late at night at Chiampini airport owners arranged for private taxi pick up (50 euros].Arrival was later than official check in but co owner stayed in to greet.Returning to airport we walked to Termini and caught Shuttle Bus(6 euros) located hotel side of station. Business run by Valeria and Lauran and comprises 5 rooms on 1st floor of building. Furnishings are new and rooms very clean. Large bed is very comfortable. Our room No 4 very quiet with shared terrace which we did not use. Breakfast in same room as reception desk. Owners are very helpful providing map, booking Vatican tickets etc. Booked 48hour 'Open Tour' hoho bus which if used wisely can be extended for 3 days. We always find a tour around a city gives you a better idea of layout than map. Location - appears safe but not ideal for a 'tourist' evening walk around. Having said that there are so many things to see during the day that and long evening walk is not required.A few restaurants on via Cadona ( Greek restauarant ok) but for a fabulous meal go to Gusto Restaurant (Up to the lights on via Cadona turn left for about 100 meters - doesn't look much but try the Bass - best i've had. Other comments I would make is that there is no tea making facilities in the room. Also they do not serve breakfast before 8a.m. We left the hotel at 7 a.m on the last morning and they could have left something out for us -even a kettle and a bag of tea would hae been appreciated. It has been mentioned before but there are no English speaking channels on the TV
No tea making facilities No English tv stations No breakfast until 8 A.m Not a lot going on in the area during the evening Inadequate lighting in room for reading purposes

It was a newly renovated accommodations and appeared to be almost finished (minor touch-ups). I believe we had room #5 with access to a shared terrace. Room was very clean and spacious compared to European standards. Two hostesses were extremely accommodating and friendly. Although wi-fi was available free in other rooms it was not in ours as we were the furthest from the router. This was not a problem as we could receive the free wi-fi in the common area. The real concern was the hours the breakfast was available. They only opened at 8:00 a.m. This proved difficult as we had booked tours early which would mean we had to miss out on the breakfast. However, in fairness, we had to leave early on our last day and the ladies did leave some food out for us. The last concern was regarding the TV. Good size screen but not one English channel was available nor a TV guide.
